As Europe takes a new agreement to strengthen their union and to elect new authorities with one voice for the continent, compared with that at twenty seven countries, 500 million, combined economy largest in the United States, and nearly 2 million soldiers under arms, the EU is in effect, a superpower. 27 nations will be able to move as one and a dominant power in the 21st Century?
